After seeing the SHARC Field Day notice in the newspaper, a gentleman named
Werner from Hernando Beach called me. Werner is married and works as a
radiological technician at Spring Hill Hospital from 3 PM to 11 PM
weeknights.

He is interested in becoming a ham, and would like someone to guide him
through the process. He feels that his electronic knowledge will help, but
he would like help to pass the Tech and General exams. He'll stop by to see
us during Field Day.

Also, Werner and his wife are outfitting their 32' fiberglass Bruce Roberts
sailboat for a round-the-world voyage in a few years. He has a Kenwood
marine HF SSB radio and would like suggestions and ideas from anyone who is
familiar with marine HF radio problems - mounting, grounding, antennas, etc.

If you could help him, call his local cell phone at 238-5486. Thanks and 73.
