[SHARCbits] message formatting

In case you missed the info about posting (sending messages) to this 
reflector, all posts must be in plain text format. If you are not sure how 
to do that, just look for the word FORMAT somewhere near the top of the 
message you are composing. Under it, you should see several choices. Choose 
PLAIN TEXT.

Those of you using AOL may or may not have a problem. A while back messages 
sent via AOL as plain text still ended up with some RTF (Rich Text Format) 
or HTML (Hyper-text Mark-Up Language) elements and were rejected.
