I went through the cards at the club station and found a few 80 meter QSL cards that would give K4FK 80 meter DXCC.  After I filled out the application and Mark checked them,  we now have 5 band DXCC.

I will be applying for the 5 band DXCC plaque with the WARC band endorsements for the club station.

You'll notice that we have not been credited with Bouvet yet, but that's coming.  That will put K4FK 1 away from Honor Roll!
