Dr. Jose "Otis" Vicens, NP4G is the 2026 Hamvention Ham of the Year and President of the International DX Association (INDEXA). He was the team leader at Desecheo. Otis has been on DXpeditions all over the world including Bouvet, 3Y0J in 2023. And if that is not enough, he was just inducted into the 2026 Heritage CQ DX Hall of Fame! Good news. The Board has approved live Zoom attendance for those who cannot drive or are located outside the area. However, only people on site will be eligible for the free prize drawings at each meeting. There may be other prize opportunities for all Members announced in the near future, so QRX.
