"Apparently someone is pirating our 9U1RU callsign on QO-100 satellite. For our friends in the Eastern hemisphere who operate QO-100, please know that we have NO plans to operate QO-100 during the DXpedition and if you see 9U1RU or, you have worked 9U1RU on this mode, it is a pirate operation.
