Dear DX Marathon Participants:

We are just 3 days away from the start of the first ever DX Marathon Sprint. For those that have been absent from the DX Marathon Program, give it a try. Over a ten-day window from October 18 to October 27th, see how many DXCC countries and CQ zones you can work. Every participant will get a beautiful certificate listing their accomplishments during this Sprint. The Rules are on our website, www.dxmarathon.comunder the title of “Rules”.

Participation is so simple. Log all of your DX contacts in your logging program and after October 27th, go to entry.dxmarathon.com and upload your adif file. For those who may be participating in the CW WW SSB contest over the weekend, October 25-26, any of those DX QSO's can be included in your submittal. That’s it. Just do it! You are in! No registration is required. Tell your friends and advertise on your Club website. Many clubs are making it a fun experience with a little competition to be discussed at the end of year meeting. Here is a brief summary of the details:

When: October 18th 00:00Z through October 27th 23:59Z
Who: Anyone who loves to work DX
Bands: 160-6 meters including WARC bands
Modes: CW, SSB, or Digital or All Modes.
Scoring: Simple no multipliers, one point for each DXCC entity plus one point for each CQ Zone
Classes: See DX Marathon Rules www.dxmarathon.com <http://www.dxmarathon.com/> to include Unlimited, Limited, Formula, and QRP.

PS Of course any DX you work during the Sprint are eligible to claim for the annual DX Marathon. You can make an immediate submittal at https://entry.dxmarathon.com/ anytime after the Sprint and as many times as you wish through the deadline of January 5, 2026.
