RODRIGUES ISLAND, 3B9. Kazu, M0CFW is QRV as 3B9/M0CFW until November 27. Activity is on the HF bands. He will be active as 3B9KW in the CQ World Wide DX SSB and upcoming CQ World Wide DX CW contests. QSL via LoTW.

 

ESWATINI (KINGDOM OF), 3DA. A group of operators are QRV as 3DA0DL until November 9. Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB, and various digital modes. QSL via DL7UFR.

 

MADAGASCAR, 5R. Janusz, SP9FIH and Leszek, SP6CIK are QRV as 5R8WE and 5R8CI, respectively, from Nosy Be Island, IOTA AF-057, until November 6. Activity is on 40 to 10 meters using CW, SSB, and FT8, including SuperFox mode. Plans are to emphasize activity on 10 and 12 meters. QSL via Club Log.

SPAIN, EA. Members of the Cadiz Radio Amateurs Union are QRV with special event call sign AO7WPD until October 27 to commemorate World Polio Day. Activity is on the HF and VHF bands using CW, SSB, FM, and FT8. QSL via bureau.

 

IRAN, EP. A group of young operators are QRV as EP9KNA from Namakabrud near the Caspian Sea. Activity is on 40, 20, 15, and 10 meters using CW and SSB. QSL via operators' instructions.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The CQ Worldwide DX SSB Contest, NCCC FT4 Sprint, Weekly RTTY Test, NCCC CW Sprint and the K1USN Slow Speed CW Test will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming weekend.

 

K1USN Slow Speed CW Test, QCX CW Challenge, ICWC Medium Speed CW Test, OK1WC CW Memorial, RSGB FT4 Contest, Worldwide Sideband Activity Contest, Phone Weekly Test, A1Club AWT, CWops Test, Mini-Test 40 CW, Mini-Test 80 CW and the UKEICC 80-Meter CW Contest are on tap for October 28 to 30.
