It's been decades since I passed traffic on HF.

I'm trying to get welfare information for a family member in NC.

I found a NC traffic net on 75m (39.23 at 1830ET) but it's very noisy, hard to copy.

If anyone has experience with this kind of traffic handling please contact me off list.

I know how to format a NTS message just don't know how to get it to someone in a disaster area.
