I like to forward important information from Philip Gladstone who owns and operates the very nice and widely-used PSK Reporter system. It is relevant for only Mac users:

It seems that if you upgrade to IOS 18 or Macos 18, then you get Safari version 18. This does not work with the map page on pskreporter. On Macos, you can use either Chrome or Firefox and they should still work. On IOS 18, every browser is just a wrapper around the same system code, so nothing will work.

This is not a subtle failure -- the map page doesn't get to the stage of showing a map with icons on it. On my ipad, the whole browser crashes.

If I can figure out a workaround, I'll let you know.

Does anyone have access to Safari 18.1 preview? If so, then I'd love for you to test using it, and let me know whether that works.
