Hi all,
A few of you have received emails from scammers, pretending to be
me.
Obviously it was not ME! I don't need gift cards or PayPal
donations. It is unfortunate that we receive these emails. I
receive between 6 and 10 scammer emails a day.
NEVER click on a link on an email that you received unsolicited
and you aren't sure it came from where it says it came from.
Example: If I receive an email saying that my account has been
suspended from Amazon, PayPal, a bank, etc.etc... I NEVER click on
the link provided and I ALWAYS go directly to my account login
address and check! Everything is always fine.
IF and email looks like it comes from your bank, but it is a
scam, you can forward it to the bank and they will research it.
EXAMPLE: Bank of America says to forward the email, as is, with
attachments, to "[email protected]" then delete it. Most
larger providers offer the same i.e. abuse@"providers name"
Cheers and I hope to see everyone This Wednesday!
Very 73,
