I have received responses from several members that are having no problems.  I'm going to try a different computer.  If it works properly, I won't know what to do!  Reinstalling Chrome shouldn't help since I tried a different browser with the same results. Every other site behaves perfectly!   ... very strange.

I have restarted Chrome, I do not have cookies blocked, I have tried Edge and everything is the same!  I even restarted the system aand allowed 3rd party cookies!   No good!
