As the CTO for Radio Amateurs of Canada I can tell you that his will likely take longer than anyone expects.

They will have reached out to the insurance carrier who will ultimately dictate how the process works.

I personally spoke to Rick K5UR the ARRL President in Dayton and offered any help they needed but he assured me that it's being handled appropriately.

Patience will be needed and even when the services like LOTW come back up they will likely need extra time to process the backlog.
