Howdy DXers,

I hope everyone is enjoying the great conditions on the upper bands!. Our March meeting is coming up this Wednesday, March the 6th!

I have spent time trying to get our club back into the Florida Medical Center, but I haven't had the results that I have been working for.. yet! I'm not giving up. I placed the push for meeting at the Broward College Coconut Creek facility on the back burner until we have reached a decision on meeting at the hospital.

With no decision yet from the management at the hospital, our meeting will be at QTH of Fred WB4BAG, also known as the DCARC club station. We are very thankful for Fred's graciousness in opening his facility to have our meetings there.

I would like to encourage as many as possible to make the meeting IN-PERSON if possible.

All are WELCOME!

We are honored to have Mark Wohlschlegel WC3W, the Program Admin for the CQ DX Marathon Award program, presenting at the meeting. This is a terrific program that encourages getting on the bands and working DX. We have many new members that are Associate Members that intend to get their DXCC this year to become Full Members. This is a great award program to participate in that encourages the needed activity!

We will continue on Zoom as well, although discussion has been made to drop Zoom in favor of only in-person meetings, with Zoom being used to bring in out of town speakers.
