Howdy DXers !
I finally finished my continuing education to keep my insurance
license. It was supposed to be 25 hours... that's what I got
credit for.. but it was more like 50 hours. And they asked the
dumbest questions on those tests.. It's obvious that the
producers of the education are NOT licensed insurance agents.
Anyway.. it is done. I did, however receive a "Juror Summons"
from Broward County and an order to prepare the annual report for
my dad's probate from the probate court in Cobb County, GA. It
never ends.
Those projects should be a bit easier to deal with than the
education hours... so I'm going to re-insert myself back into
society. I started today by submitting the LoTW DXCC updates for
K4FK. This brings K4FK up to within 3 of Honor Roll with one very
easy one to work, PJ7!
I noticed something very strange today on the DX-World website!
EZ/DL7ZM is active now and will be for a week from Turkmenistan!
Is that right? I thought ham radio was forbidden there. If it's
true, it's good news since I know many of you DXers need it and so
does K4FK;. I will be spending some time at the club station this
week to see if it's true.

It's a little strange that he is calling CQ in the audio recording
and there are NO ANSWERS! Maybe calling CQ into a dummy load?
I hope it's real and some of you guys get to work him!
Very 73 for now,
