I wonder if anyone remembers George(who lives in Miami) years ago at a SFDXA Club presentation, saying "what if you put a rig on the shore and operated from a boat?". He was giving us a presentation on one of his DX trips and said that a long time ago. He described just how he would do it...and he did!
