Yes Eric!

Maybe I should have sent something out before.  I ran into this while trying to print international stamps on Stamps.com.  They asked where the mail was going to and I said "Russia" since the DX station had a Russian manager.  It would not let me print and I couldn't figure out what was wrong.  I thought it was a software problem.  I then moved on and tried to print an international stamp for "Germany" and it went through as it was supposed to.

I researched it and found what you have listed here.  No mail to Russia except to the diplomats.

I emailed the Russian manager and he said to use "my friends in Europe!"  I searched "my friends in Europe" to see what it was, and got no definitive hits.  Maybe I could email one of the big managers in EU and offer them a few Euro via PayPal to handle sending the envelope to Russia.

I'm still holding the QSL for now. I would probably hold bureau cards to Russia as well until this war blows over.

I will let you know if I come up with a solution after emailing a few EU managers.

Mark, can you please let Randy know about this, I had a QSL manager tell me in Russia he never received a QSL and funds I sent him for a QSL back in Oct. of 2022. I never heard about this USPS  mail stop to Russia. I think an email should be put on the clubs Groups email system to all our members to inform them.
