K4D – Dog Island, NA-085 – Florida

[UPDATE] Bruce, K5TEN will again be active as K4D from Dog Island, NA-085 during May 16-26, 2022. QRV on 40-6m, CW/SSB/FT8. QSL via H/c, eQSL. Note the following info by Bruce:Dog Island, Florida is a rare IOTA because the full time residents of the island control who can and cannot gain access to the island. In other words the neighbors can bar tourists. There are less than 20 beach homes on the island. There are no roads, eateries, coffee shops, or even a stop sign. It can only be reached by air (short grass strip airfield) or by charter boat.
