so, last night thinking about this whole mess over in Ukraine, then the dxcc light bulb when off about Donetsk and Luhansk territories... Going back to old dxcc yearbooks, made me realize the only way they will be good if the ONU says so, and other international entities recognize them as well.. Today Bernie W3UR send an email to his subscriber indicating the same.
