I would vote against doing so, but I agree with Jeff, we can find another, more appropriate way to memorialize Pete.

I don't think DCARC should ask for the call.

Pete was much more involved with other clubs/organizations.
One example is SFDXA to whom he left all his radio equipment.

As trustee of NA4DC I would honor the club's wishes if they voted to apply for the call.

Personally, I do not want to open that wound every time I hear the call sign on the club repeater.
