This type of octal plug in relay is readily available on amazon often for modest prices - DPDT, 12vdc coil -- be sure to check coil voltage, as the range can be 115vac, 12vdc and 24v are very common. Also there are 11 pin versions, but not as common.

All of my extras are 24vac coils.
