Some reading this may recall the vertical antenna that Dan W4UH had great results with. That antenna is still in service now at a remote site here in Fl. I supplied the components for that antenna and I have another set of parts for one more. A brief description on this vertical-- Full size (67ft) aluminum- base section 3"pipe x 12', - 2nd- 3"tubing, 0.125" wall, 24ft long - 3rd- 2" tubing, 0.067" wall, 24ft with appropriate reducers- 4th- final length about 10ft to complete the 1/4 wave vertical. Holes have to be drilled to connect the sections. Some stainless bolts may have to be added. The support system uses either a 4"x6" PT pole at least 8ft long. I recommend however laminating(glued and screwed two 2"x6" PT boards instead of one piece. Bury at least 2ft in the ground and add cement as you would for a sturdy fence post.Sealing the pole with a good outdoor paint is recommended.
The mast is attached to the pole via a hinge arrangement that allows the antenna to be anchored at the base. It can than be erected and attached near a point at the top of the support pole.
It does need radials- They don't need to be 1/4w at 80m. what is more important is the number of radials - about 30 or 40 wires 15 to 20 ft long (they don't all have to be the same length) will give you a feed point that will put most of the energy into the antenna and not warm the ground.
There is more detail then described here, but all the necessary hole drilling is relatively simple and requires only reasonable precision. We are in Hurricane country and therefore it may be prudent to a some non-conductive guys about mid point, but the design should withstand most winds.
At today's aluminum prices there us about $600 to $700 value - I will take $120. All pieces will telescope concentrically together making a long but compact load.
How to transport? a trailer, truck, or van with top carrier rails can do it. I have moved material that long in all of those vehicles at one time or the other.
