[SFDXA] 3Y0K Propagation

I entered our location info for Broward County into VOCAP to get a 
propagation forecast for 3Y0K.

This is what I got:

According to this, we have propagation practically around the clock!  I 
wish this reflected reality!  They must have set up on the back side of 
the hill, with their antennas pointed into a steady incline looking 
toward North America. Looking at the site map, it appears that this is 
correct. We have had very poor propagation to them.
