DL     - DQ30GDXF is the  special callsign for the  German DX Foundation  to
celebrate its 30th anniversary until 31 December [425DXN
1811]. QSL
via Club Log's OQRS and LoTW. Contacts made between  1 July and 30
September with DQ30GDXF, DF0GDX and GDXF  members count
towards the
"30 Jahre GDXF" award  - see https://gdxf.de/gdxf30en/ for
informa-
          tion
HB0    - HB040A is a  special callsign  celebrating the 40th anniversary  of
Amateurfunk Verein Liechtenstein  (AFVL),  the Principality's
  IARU
member society. Look for SSB ad FT8/FT4 activity on  17-19
July and
28-30 August.  QSOs will be uploaded to LoTW;  paper QSL cards
will
          not be provided.
HK     - 5K4IC is the special callsign for members of  Radioaficionados Uni-
dos  (HK4RAU)  to celebrate  Colombia's Independence Day  (20
July)
during a month-long activity on all bands and modes.  More
informa-
          tion on https://www.qrz.com/db/5K4IC
HL     - Members of the Gwangju DX Club (6L0NJ) will be active as D73G  from
Ch'ongsan Island (AS-085) on 17-19 July.  They will operate
CW, SSB
and FT8/FT4 on various bands, from 160m to 70cm. QSL via the
bureau
or direct, Club Log's OQRS, LoTW, eQSL and QRZ Logbook.
HS     - Simon Luttrell, HS0ZIB  has retired from teaching in Myanmar (XZ2A)
and  Laos (XW0LP),  and is back to Thailand.  He is a
  resident  on
Phangan Island (AS-101),  and will participate in the  IOTA
Contest
(12 hours, low power). QSL via LoTW.
I      - Seby, IT9KWE  will be active  as  IG9/IT9KWE  from Lampedusa Island
(AF-019) on 14-22 July.  In his spare time he will operate
  QRP  on
          40, 20, 17, 15, 12, and 10 metres SSB. QSL via home call; QSOs
will
be uploaded to LoTW, Club Log, and QRZ.
JD1/O  - Yushi, JK1HFB will be active as JK1HFB/JD1 from Chichijima (AS-031)
Ogasawara "for several days" between 9 and 18 July. He will

OX     - Bo, OZ1DJJ is active as  OX3LX  from Aasiaat Island (NA-134)  until
17 July.  He is QRV in his spare time,  with a focus on 6 and
4 me-
tres. QSL via Club Log's OQRS, LoTW, or via OZ0J.
PA     - Because the Dutch regulator  no longer permits a single callsign to
be used  simultaneously  across multiple  physical locations,
  each
site must now use its own  distinct callsign.  Consequently,
  VERON
(the Dutch national amateur radio society)  will be
represented  by
seven different callsigns in the IARU HF World Championship:
          PA6HQ 80 SSB,15 CW
          PB6HQ 20 CW
          PC6HQ 40 SSB
          PE6HQ 40 CW, 10 SSB
          PF6HQ 10 CW
          PG6HQ 80 CW, 20 SSB
          PH6HQ 160 CW, 160 SSB, 15 SSB
SP     - HF170TESLA is a  special callsign for members of  Radio Club SP5YPL
to commemorate the  170th anniversary of the birth of  Nikola
Tesla
(10 July 1856).  Look for activity on  various bands and modes
from
10 to 31 July.  See https://radiodyplom.pl/ses/290  for the  award
          programme.
T2     - The  Rebel DX Group has been active as  T22TT  from  Tuvalu since 8
July.  They report that this activity will last "just for ten
days"
in between their work on the island. Expect operations to be
mainly
FT8. QSL via Club Log's OQRS.
https://www.facebook.com/rebeldxgroup
TA     - TC3ASTRO is the special event station to be activated on 17-19 July
from the  Kula-Salihli UNESCO Global Geopark in Manisa, Turkey
dur-
ing this year's Geopark Astrofest. QSL via eQSL.
UA     - The Arctic's Legends IOTA DXpedition  team received final clearance
to depart Arkhangelsk on 9 July.  The "Apostol Andrey"  set
sail on
10 July  at approximately 07:00 UTC. The team still hopes to
be QRV
from  five  IOTA groups  using as many  different callsigns:
  RI1PC
          (EU-160), RT25AA (EU-035), RI0BW (AS-055), RI0BU (AS-057) and
RI0BI
(AS-050).  Their exact schedule, however,  remains highly
dependent
on weather,  sea,  and ice conditions.  Follow  their
  progress  on
