06:00 KP4 time. Once the installation is complete, we will give local 
amateur radio operators the opportunity to contact us via 2 meters. 
Those who wish to make contact are advised to keep an eye on our 
Facebook page, where the launch and frequencies will be announced. We 
expect this to happen around noon."
