This week's bulletin is made possible with information provided by The 
Daily DX, 425 DX News, DXNL, OPDX, Contest Corral from QST, and the ARRL 
Contest Calendar and WA7BNM websites. Thanks to all.

*GEORGIA, 4L.* Rene, DL2JRM, is QRV as 4L/DL2JRM until February 13. QSL 
to home call.

*THE GAMBIA, C5.* Przemo, SP3PS, and Magda are QRV as C5SP and C5MB, 
respectively, from Sanyang until March 2026. Activity is on 40, 20, 15, 
and 10 meters using SSB, FT8, and FT4. QSL direct via SP3PS.

*CAPE VERDE, D4.* Helmut, DD0VR is QRV as D4VR from Sao Tiago Island, 
IOTA AF-005, until February 19, before going back to Boa Vista Island. 
Activity is on the HF bands using QRP power. QSL via DD0VR.

*PHILIPPINES, DU.* Bob, KB7TX, is QRV as DU9/KB7TX from Mindanao, IOTA 
OC-130, until March 1. Activity is on 40, 20, 15, and 10 meters using CW 
and SSB. QSL via LoTW.

*BELARUS, EU.* Special callsign EV81OB will be QRV to commemorate 
Operation Bagration, a major World War II offensive by the Red Army to 
liberate Belarus from fascist occupation. This includes being active in 
the CQ Worldwide WPX RTTY contest. QSL via operators' instructions.

*MARTINIQUE, FM.* Francis, F6BWJ, is QRV as FM/F6BWJ from Sainte Luce 
until March 23. Activity is mostly on 12 and 10 meters using CW. QSL via 
LoTW.

*SARDINIA, IS0.* Members of ARI Porto Torres and Radio Club Coros are 
QRV as IR0SAR until February 18 for the Sardinian Carnival events. 
Activity is on the HF bands and on Satellite QO-100. QSL via LoTW.

*GUINEA-BISSAU, J5.* Livio, IZ3BUR is QRV as J52EC from Cumura until 
March. He has been active on 15 and 10 meters using SSB. QSL direct to 
home call.

*JAPAN, JA.* Hide, JO1CRA will be QRV as JO1CRA/JR6 from the Yaeyama 
Islands, IOTA AS-024, from February 17 to 21. Activity will be holiday 
style, especially during his evening hours, on 40 through 6 meters using 
CW and FT8. QSL to home call.

*ARUBA, P4.* John, W2GD, will be QRV as P44W from February 16 to 23. QSL 
direct to N2MM.

*SAO TOME AND PRINCIPE, S9.* Borut, S53BV, is QRV as S9BV from Sao Tome 
Island, IOTA AF-023, until February 20. Activity is holiday style on 60, 
40, 30, and 15 meters using CW and SSB. QSL via Club Log.

*PALAU, T8.* Operators JA3AVO, JH3LSS, and JA3HJI will be QRV as T88MB, 
T88CZ, and T88DN, respectively, from February 14 to 22. QSL to home calls.

*MALI, TZ.* Ulmar, DK1CE, is QRV as TZ1CE from Bamako until March 1. 
Activity is on 160 through 6 meters using SSB and FT8. QSL to home call.

*BELIZE, V3. *Walt, W0CP, and Mary, K0ZV, are QRV as V31DJ and V31DK, 
respectively, from Palencia Village until February 27. Activity is on 
160 through 10 meters using CW and SSB. QSL via W0CP.

*FALKLAND ISLANDS, VP8.* Martina, DF3TS, and Thomas, DC8TM, will be QRV 
as VP8TM from February 14 to 28. Activity will be holiday style on 20 
through 10 meters using SSB and FT8 from Saunders, Carcass, West 
Falkland, Sea Lion, and East Falkland Islands, as well as from various 
SOTA, POTA, and WWFF locations. QSL via DC8TM.

*BERMUDA, VP9.* AB2E and K3TEJ will be QRV as AB2E/VP9 and K3TEJ/VP9, 
respectively, from February 17 to 24. They will be active as VP9I in the 
upcoming ARRL International DX CW contest. QSL to home calls and VP9I 
via WW3S.

*CAMBODIA, XU. * Tom, DL7BO, is QRV as XU7O until February 21. Activity 
is on the HF bands with a focus on the low bands. QSL via DL4WK.

*SERBIA, YU.* Members of the Amateur Radio Union of Serbia are QRV with 
special callsign YT170TESLA until December 31 to commemorate the 170th 
anniversary of the birth of Nikola Tesla. QSL via LoTW.

Sprintathon, KCJ Topband CW Contest, Dutch PACC Contest, OMISS SSB QSO 
Party, WAB 1.8 MHz Phone, RSGB 1.8 MHz SSB Contest, Balkan HF Contest, 
and the Run for the Bacon QRP CW Contest will certainly keep contesters 
busy this upcoming weekend.

K1USN Slow Speed CW Test, ICWC Medium Speed CW Test, OK1WC Memorial, 
Worldwide Sideband Activity Contest, QRP 40-Meter CW Fox Hunt, Phone 
Weekly Test, A1Club AWT, CWops Test, VHF-UHF FT8 Activity Contest, 
Mini-Test 40 CW, Mini-Test 80 CW, and the AGCW Semi-Automatic Key 
Evening are on tap for February 16 to 18.
