[SFDXA] K4FK Repeater

I met with Elliot Tuesday morning at the Florida Medical Center to 
exchange the antenna.  I could not bring up the repeater from my mobile.

Upon arriving, Elliot called me and said that the elevator to radio room 
was not operational!  He had brought all of his tools and belt to take 
care of the antenna exchange, and of course, he refused to try to get to 
the radio room, hauling a bunch of tools on a hand truck up the stairs!  
We cancelled the antenna swap!

I didn't have as much to carry, so I offered to use the stairs to check 
out the radio room.  We wanted to check and assure that the radio room 
had power, thinking that the non-functional elevator, could possibly be 
related to a power failure.  Power was fine at the radio room.  I 
checked the repeater and noticed a red led "PA Fail" light was lit.  I 
rebooted the repeater and tried to bring it up.  The "PA Fail" LED 
re-lit.  So.. K4FK/R is down temporarily.

I unboxed the antenna and took a look at the instructions for assembly.  
The Chinese instructions were ridiculous!  I didn't have time to 
decipher the instructions, so I took the antenna home. for assembly.  I 
will be going back to K4FK this weekend to see if the elevator has been 
repaired and to deliver the antenna.

I will send another email advising the membership if any progress is made!
