[SFDXA] Operating event: CQ World Wide Phone DX Contest

ØWe are going to operate this event as a way to encourage members to get 
on HF phone and to have some fun.

oEveryone in the world tries to work us for a change!

oInformation is already on the website landing page

oIt starts at 8PM ET Friday October 24 (0000 UTC Saturday) and ends at 
7:59PM ET Sunday October 26 (2359 UTC Sunday) [We can operate what ever 
part of the  48 hours we want]

§160m thru 10m no WARC bands

§We have antennas for all those bands except 160m (yet – that antenna 
is~ 250 feet long)

§All 3 stations can be used

oThe board approved a motion to allocate $150 for food.

oExpect this to be a low key event, show up and operate, hang out

This is an easy way to get on HF, you can start by logging for one of 
the operators and try operating when you are comfortable.

You do not have to reserve operating slots but I will set up the page 
for that if you want too.
