[SFDXA] Steppir announcement of ham services still available

I received an email from Steppir at groups.io 
<https://groups.io/g/steppir>(a pretty active group) today, checked them 
Steppir site <https://consumer.steppir.com/> and the notice is there too.

<Aside: The Steppir group is very active with for example, one guy 
having pc boards for the SDA Controller made and selling for $17, a list 
of components needed is on their groups site>

Looks like they backed off a bit. Maybe the government shut down hurt 
them some and made them wake up.
