[SFDXA] About paying your SFDXA dues

Hi Everyone on all versions of our email accounts (some of you may 
receive this several times -- more at the end of this email)

Hi, this is Rich wb4ehg, the club Secretary.

*I'm writing about paying your dues.*

Our Treasurer, Gil w1rg, set up a PayPal account that you can send $ to 
for dues or anything else.

The account is: *payments at sfdxa.com*

*That looks just like an email account and the temptation is to send a 
payment there.*

*Except: YOU CAN'T -- IT'S _NOT_ AN EMAIL ADDRESS <<<<<<<

I don't know why it looks like an email address but it is *not*.

And we don't know where $ sent to it via email goes, hopefully it gets 
rejected and bounces.

On PayPal you enter *"payments at sfdxa.com"*in the box where your tell 
PayPal who to send the $ to.

You could try sending it as "Friends and Family" so a fee is not subtracted.

As a test, I tried using *payments at sfdxa.com*as the recipient and my $5 
transferred OK. The club can keep the $5 as a donation.

We don't have Zelle set up, I will let Gil address that.

Your choices to pay are PayPal using *payments at sfdxa.com *or to pay Gil 
at a meeting or Friday lunch or send him a check via his qrz.com address 
or pay one of the other officers and email Gil that you did.

The PayPal information is not on the web site yet. That is a different 
issue.
