[SFDXA] ARISS - Amateur Radio on the ISS on X

I believe from reading the rules that a contact with the ISS is a plain 
contact and not a satellite contact.

The Satellite contact has to be between 2 stations on the Earth going 
through a satellite - making it a repeater
