TUNISIA, 3V. Jerry, SQ5HG will be QRV as 3V8SS from June 9 to 16.
Activity will be on 160 to 10 meters using SSB and various digital
modes. QSL to home call.
GUYANA, 8R. Aldir, PY1SAD is QRV as 8R1TM until July 10. Activity is on
160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, and various digital modes, as well as on
various Satellites, during the weekdays between 2300 and 0200z. QSL to
home call.
ANTARCTICA. Alex, DL2ALY is QRV as DP0GVN until December. Activity is on
160 to 6 meters using SSB and FT8, and on Satellite QO-100. QSL via DL4BBH.
SPAIN, EA. Members of the Cartagena Team are QRV as AO5APA until June 15
to highlight the Patrulla Aguila, the Eagle Patrol aerobatics team of
the Spanish Air and Space Force. QSL to EA5GTU.
IRAN, EP. Special event station EP2PG is QRV until June 7 to honor the
Persian Gulf. Activity is on 40, 20, and 10 meters using SSB. QSL via
QRZ.COM.
ST. MARTIN, FS. John, K9EL is QRV as FS/K9EL until June 18. Activity is
on 40 to 10 meters with a focus on 6 meters when the band is open. QSL
direct to home call.
JERSEY, GJ. A large group of operators are QRV as MJ/OP2D until June 13.
Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, and FT8, and on Satellite
QO-100, with four stations active. QSL via LoTW.
THAILAND, HS. Members of the Thai DX Association are QRV with special
call sign HS30DXA until June 21 to celebrate the club's 30th
anniversary. Activity is on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB, and FT8. QSL
via HS6MYW.
JAPAN, JA. A group of operators are QRV as JS6UVV from Irizaki Cape,
Yonaguni Island, IOTA AS-024, until June 9. Activity is on the HF bands
and 6 meters, as well as 2 meters, 70 centimeters, and 23 centimeters
using CW, SSB, FM, FT8, and FT4. QSL via LoTW.
AMERICAN SAMOA, KH8. Bob, K0NR and Joyce, K0JJW are QRV as KH8/K0NR and
KH8/K0JJW, respectively, until June 9. Activity is primarily on 20 to 10
meters using SSB, FT8, and FT4 while activating various SOTA and POTA
locations. QSL via LoTW.
ALASKA, KL7. Neha, VU2HUM and Pineit, VU2TUM will be QRV as KL7/VU2HUM
and KL7/VU2TUM, respectively, around Prudhoe Bay and parts of
southeastern Alaska from June 7 to 20. Activity will be on the HF, and
V/UHF bands. QSL to home calls.
PALAU, T8. Operator JR1FKR is QRV as T88TJ until June 11. Activity is on
40, 20, 17, 15, 10 and 6 meters using SSB, RTTY, FT8, and FT4. This
includes being an entry in the ARRL International Digital contest. QSL
to home call.
TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, VP5. Fabian, J69FL is QRV as VP5FL from
Providenciales Island while working here. Activity may be in his spare
time on 80 to 10 meters using SSB. QSL to home call.
INDIA, VU. The new prefix range of VU22 to VU29 has been authorized for
General Grade amateurs. The prefix range of VU32 to VU39 is authorized
for Restricted Grade amateurs.
THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. ARRL International Digital Contest, 10-10
International Open Season PSK Contest, IARU Region 1 CW Field Day, RSGB
National CW Field Day, Museum Ships Weekend, K1USN Slow Speed CW Test,
VK Shires Contest, Tisza Cup CW Contest, Wake-Up! QRP CW Sprint,
Atlantic Canada QSO Party, UKSMG Summer 6-Meter Contest and the Kentucky
QSO Party will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming weekend.
4 States QRP Group Second Sunday Sprint, K1USN Slow Speed CW Test, ICWC
Medium Speed CW Test, OK1WC Memorial, Worldwide Sideband Activity
Contest, DARC 80-Meter CW-Training Contest, NAQCC CW Sprint, Phone
Weekly Test, A1Club AWT, CWops Test, VHF-UHF FT8 Activity Contest,
Mini-Test 40 CW, Mini-Test 80 CW and the RSGB 80-Meter CW Club
Championship are all on tap for June 9 to 11.
