[SFDXA] Windows 1 Year Support 10 Extension?

/I cannot vouch for this but I've been hearing rumors...

I've learned to move very slowly when updating. My PC is not up-gradable 
so I am happy to extend if it happens. I am guessing not enough are 
switching to 11.../

updates. Need as MS account to get service. $30 for one year. Option to 
back-up your system to MS Cloud Back-up service will get ESU for free.
