[SFDXA] Contact for Steppir repairs by an ex Steppir employee (so still available after August 20)

Hi,

As you know, this is the last month for Steppir to provide parts and 
service on our antennas.

John W1JCW was a tech at Steppir. He is not with Steppir now but still 
does repairs and has some parts (EHUs for sure).

I had a lot of interaction with him when I was having trouble several 
years ago. We had a custom balun built and he put it in mine when the 
original kept failing and blowing up my transistor amp. (More on that if 
you are interested).

I am happy with the work he did for me and have no problem recommending 
him.

I've exchanged several emails with John today and mentioned I'd send 
this to the locals to let you know there is still some support available.
