I attended the Boca Raton Club meeting last night where the guest speaker
was ARRL CEO David Minster NA2AA.  I asked about Mt Athos and where Martii
stands with the DXCC.  He said that Martii has not submitted two documents
which are required. Presumably one is an OK from the Monastic authorities
which will likely never happen. Minster was visibly angry and said that
Martii was trying to put pressure on the ARRL by instigating a membership
uprising. And he said it won't work.

So things are not hopeful at all.  No 311th entity for me 😁
