[SFDXA] SFDXA Fall Picnic

Howdy DXers,

Have you guys been reading the minutes of the meeting (sent out as the 
"Meeting Summary")?

If you have read the minutes, you will be aware that we are going to 
have an SFDXA Fall Picnic.  In an effort to make the club more fun and 
more inclusive we planned the "SFDXA Fall Picnic."  We originally 
planned on having the picnic on October 19th.  However due to problems 
with misleading info on the Broward Parks websites, my email crashing 
again, and scheduling conflicts, we have selected Sunday October 20th.

I sent out a request for input and the votes for Sunday or Saturday were 
a tie!  I reserved a shelter at Quiet Waters Park for Saturday, but then 
I checked out the facility and "designated parking" was 600 feet away!  
Since we are not avid hikers, I changed the reservation to Sunday with a 
shelter that is much closer to parking.

*Please clear out your schedule for Sunday, October 20th, 12 noon to 4PM 
for our gathering*.

We will be setting up a portable HF station to make this an operating 
event as well.

I will send out the official invite later today with a map and directions.
