[SFDXA] LoTW Problem

Thanks to everyone that got back to me regarding my problems with LoTW.  
St least one other member was having the same problem.

I had the same problem on 2 different browsers.  However I had a 
different PC that it worked correctly on!  I tried updating Windows, 
restarting the browsers, restarting the system, etc... Nothing worked,  
I looked on the web and YouTube and found nothing.

I finally fixed it today and the fix was pretty simple.. delete the cookies!

Since I found nothing on the internet, I made a quick video outlining 
repairing the problem:
