[SFDXA] SFDXA dues for 2024

Greetings to all.
Annual dues for SFDXA continue at $10/yr for full members and $5/yr for associate members.  
I've received a few checks from members, but expect lots more.

I understand that plans are underway to establish a PayPal account.  Until this is accomplished, we're stuck with the old fashioned way.
