[SFDXA] Turkmenistan

Howdy DXers!

EZ was spotted last night in the ARRL DX Contest!  I have no idea if it 
was a pirate or not!  I use the old adage of "work 'em and worry about 
that later."

Did Turkmenistan change it's stance on amateur radio? EZ was also 
spotted last year, and earlier this year as a test operation.  I'm sure 
some were pirates.  Hopefully things will change in that country.



Other nice ones spotted were 3W9A, and V85RH.

Lots of good reasons to play in the ARRL CW contest!
