[SFDXA] ClubLog no longer lists SFDXA as a club

Thanks Rich,

Additionally... members need to upload a log update that includes a QSO 
in the last 12 months.

We had 39 members yesterday, and I added Steve K4IM today, so that makes 
40 members.  However, as of yesterday, we only had 14 that have uploaded 
a log update that includes a QSO in the last 12 months!

I updated my call N4QV and K4FK yesterday and I expected SFDXA to show 
back up today, but it didn't!  There is one more step!

What I found out was that, once you are considered "inactive" (no QSO's 
in the last 12 months), members have go back into "Settings" and "Calls" 
and reset themselves to "Show in Leagues - Yes."  In my case, ClubLog 
had reset me to "Show in Leagues - No!"  I reset it to yes and hopefully 
we will see SFDXA showing again tomorrow, since they update overnight.

I will publish the SFDXA ClubLog list, which includes the 65% of members 
that are "not active." Unfortunately we have too many officers that are 
"inactive" according to ClubLog!
