[SFDXA] Poor QSL Managers.

In addition it is always good to know when a QSL Manager is not doing 
their Volunteer work speedily. Some do it to make money, but many just 
do it out of wanting to assist and give back. I was a Manager myself for 
25 years...sometimes you're just to busy to get to the LOGS that week. 
But many months is wrong.

EA7FTR and EA5GL both have their issues, and there are others that do a 
poor job. Sometimes they are terrific and I've run into many good 
Managers.  Sometimes they are the only game in town. Keep your options 
open. Send an email to the DX, if you can find an active email address. 
They too are interested in the response of their Managers.

There was an organization of Managers run by N2OO.  I think he still 
maintains it and I believe he receives this list. He gave the SFDXA a 
fine presentation years ago.
