*SUNSPOT COUNTS HIT A 9-YEAR HIGH:* In a continued sign of strength for 
Solar Cycle 25, monthly sunspot counts just hit a 9-year high. Current 
trends suggest that Solar Cycle 25 might soon surpass old Solar Cycle 24 
en route to an unexpectedly strong Solar Maximum next year. Data and
