[SFDXA] Request your info for SFDXA new account on groups.io

If you already have an account on our groups.io group you can ignore

If you don't have an account yet, please reply directly to me:

     call sign
     email address
     name
     membership status (i.e. full, associate, not a member)
     phone number (just for the roster, it will not be published on-line)

and I will send you an invitation for groups.

*Explanation*:

*The board voted to have us move from mailman.qth.net to groups.io*

*I'm asking for your information so I can send you an invitation and so 
that I can create a membership roster.*

*I created a roster from the calls on the web site but there are many 
folks who are not on that list.*

*Please help me create an accurate roster for 2022 and get you an 
account on groups.io The mailman group will eventually be closed.
