[SFDXA] Treetop Circuits. - It's that time

After 12 years and over 700 SSB adapters shipped, we're shutting down 
production at Treetop Circuits.

We'll continue to provide support for existing units. There are a few 
units in stock and a few awaiting final testing, and we'll offer these 
for sale through eBay.

If anyone is interested in building and selling these adapters, we're 
offering Express PCB files and stocklists free of charge, test jigs and 
instructions for cost of shipping, and (at a later date) component 
stocks at a considerable discount. There are no patents or copyrights; 
it's always been public domain.
