[SFDXA] 2 Meter Halo

There appears to be more interest in 2 meters SSB, FT8 and other weak
signal modes here in the South Florida area lately. I'm glad to see it,
since 2 meters is one of my favorite bands!
Rich W4RQ has come up with a simple way to build a half wave horizontal
loop (commonly called a halo) that is very effective at providing
omni-directional coverage while being horizontally polarized, which is
preferred, by far, with the 2 meter weak signal gang. The "egg beater"
and the "Big Wheel" are also very good solutions.
