[SFDXA] DXCC List

The powers that be are adamant that N.Korea, and these Islands exist, even though operating from them ,is prohibited today, they still exist and will not be removed.
Their reasoning is that perhaps tomorrow, or next year, or etc. operation could be allowed(never say never) they are, therefore they will stay on the list.
