[SFDXA] 2022 July meeting minutes

Howdy DXers,

We had another fantastic meeting last Wednesday at the new "Wings Plus" 
venue.  The July meeting has typically had lower attendance, due to most 
folks having summer plans.  Even so, we had a terrific successful 
meeting and included folks that didn't want to drive via Zoom.

I have attached the minutes created by our Secretary, Rich WB4EHG.  I 
will be sending out the minutes to the membership in the future, as I 
work to get them online on our website.
