  Online Talk: To the moon and back !

On February 2,*Steve AG4W*will be giving an online talk on Moonbounce 
(EME) communications, all are welcome to join the Zoom session

Steve AG4W comes to Denby Dale amateur radio club to talk about his 
different direction in amateur radio after 50 years in the hobby. Steve 
was a contester and DXer who decided that he needed to try something 
very different and challenging. Earth Moon Earth (EME) or moonbounce was 
what grabbed his attention !

Steve comes along to talk about his journey which ended with him saying 
that “if someone told me four years ago that I would work 200 different 
stations off the moon, I would have told them they were nuts“.

The talk is being given to the Denby Dale Amateur Radio Society at 
7:30pm on Wednesday, February 2. The meeting is open to all, you don’t 
need to be a member to attend, you will always be welcome.
