[SFDXA] Southern Florida ARES® Net information

Please promote the SFAN, which meets Monday through Saturday at 7:45 AM
on 3940 kHz.
SFAN is the Southern Florida ARES® Net, a net that is both an EmComm
Net and a Traffic Handling Net. The net is open to all, and there should be
regular representation from each county in the Southern Florida Section.
