[SFDXA] Hope's handheld

[W6BXQ, John]

Hope's, WB3ANE, handheld has a problem.  It was dropped and for some reason
when she tries to use the 147.33 repeater, the offset is wrong.  With my car
in the condition it is, I can't drive to where she lives.  If anyone can
help, please let me know.
