I am really sorry that my 50 cards has caused you so much distress and anxiety. And I truly appreciate your efforts and the SFDXA. I have nearly 50,000 q’s in the log and have been sending cards through the bureau for nearly 40 years. I don’t request cards anymore, these cards are the result of people wanting my card for my state (NH), county , grid square, etc. Holding them up only inconveniences other Hams. Maybe someone could help you with this task.
Saying that, the only reference on the ARRL site I could find about putting the call sign on the upper left corner of the back side of the card is in the FAQ’s under QSLing via manager. There you put the manager’s call on the back side. Maybe your vast experience as a QSL manager where your call was on the back of the card made you think this was for all cards.
If you prefer, you may send my cards back to me and I will reimburse you for the postage, handling and any other expense you deem appropriate.

The club program of sending your Qsl cards to the outgoing Buro has been very successful , however there are some members that don’t know how to prepare their cards. This makes more work for me
So starting Aug 1 any received cards not correctly formatted will be returned
I just received about 50 cards that are not ready to submit so I’ll put them on the side and hopefully have them ready for the next submission months from now
So please go to the Arrl website and review how to prepare a Qsl for submission to the Qsl Buro system
